Staff work with families in their homes and in the community to empower parents to be their child's first teacher, develop positive parenting skills, encourage parent-child bonding and attachment, helping families build protective factors, and monitor and support healthy child development. Guthrie Medical Education Programs include General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Anesthesiology and Orthopedic Surgery Residency, as well as Cardiovascular, Gastroenterology and Pulmonary Critical Care Fellowship programs.
