Provides instruction of the latest technologies- teaches, coaches and mentors on the clinical unit; documenting student progress; completing evaluation activities; writing and evaluating outcome based tests and competency performance assessments related to theory; participates in test development; evaluating competency performance exams; evaluating staff performance; and developing educational progression plans for staff. Assists the Team Coordinator/Manager/Director with daily operations, coordination of work, quality and service, achievement of operating center goals and objectives, customer satisfaction and in meeting regulatory requirements through providing technical expertise within assigned area.
