Work closely within the Academic Enterprise and with the Office of People & Culture to help administer the CBA, ensure BUFM compliance with its terms, develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accuracy, and equitably apply relevant policies to both BUFMs and non-unit faculty, specifically: Manage review, observation, evaluation, promotion, reappointment, and individual negotiation processes, in conjunction with the Office of the Provost, Office of Academic Affairs, Office of People & Culture, and Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Operations. In alignment with CIM's Mission, Vision and Institutional Learning Goals, the Manager of Faculty Relations assists with the administration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), supports advancement and promotes accountability for Bargaining Unit Faculty Members (BUFMs) and non-unit faculty, ensures that BUFMs and non-unit faculty can perform their roles at the highest levels, and facilitates compliance with the Institute's CBA, policies, procedures and guidelines relative to faculty.
