This role reports to the Vice Provost for Academic Affairs and works closely with the Provost, Vice President for Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer, Office of Legal Affairs, deans, department heads, and other administrators on faculty appointments, promotion and tenure, personnel matters, and faculty governance to ensure implementation and execution of all faculty-related policies. Work closely and effectively with deans, department heads, and other campus administrators, as necessary, in all matters related to faculty personnel including offer letters, appointment, contracts, promotion and tenure, annual evaluations, post-tenure review, and sensitive faculty personnel issues.
