MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Requires three (3) years as a Facilities Maintenance Worker; OR three (3) years as a building maintenance technician or construction worker, with experience performing work in at least three of the following areas: basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and/or HVAC work.
