Additional job requirements and responsibilities would be discussed during the interview process. · Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) · 3–7+ years of experience in estimating or pricing for facilities services, construction, or government contracting · Strong knowledge of facilities operations (e.g., maintenance, custodial, mechanical systems) · Experience with federal, state, or municipal contracting preferred · Familiarity with FAR, Davis-Bacon Act, and Service Contract Act (SCA) wage determinations Skills & Competencies · Advanced Excel proficiency · Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail · Ability to manage multiple deadlines · Clear written and verbal communication skills. Cost Estimating & Pricing · Prepare detailed cost estimates for janitorial, grounds, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repair services. · Develop pricing models for fixed-price, time-and-materials (T&M), and cost-reimbursable contracts. · |
