Ā· Bachelorās degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) Ā· 3ā7+ years of experience in estimating or pricing for facilities services, construction, or government contracting Ā· Strong knowledge of facilities operations (e.g., maintenance, custodial, mechanical systems) Ā· Experience with federal, state, or municipal contracting preferred Ā· Familiarity with FAR, Davis-Bacon Act, and Service Contract Act (SCA) wage determinations Skills & Competencies Ā· Advanced Excel proficiency Ā· Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail Ā· Ability to manage multiple deadlines Ā· Clear written and verbal communication skills. Cost Estimating & Pricing Ā· Prepare detailed cost estimates for janitorial, grounds, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repair services.
