Collaborate with engineers, managers, and customers to maintain systems in peak operating condition, and to develop/update detailed work instructions for proper equipment preventative maintenance dedicated to ensuring zero unplanned interruption in services to employees and customers.

p>Summary Under the direction of the Director of Facilities, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a wide range of vendor supervision, preventative maintenance, and repair tasks to maintain the good condition and functionality of the buildings, equipment, and grounds for the plant and all restaurants. Performs and supervise basic preventative and on demand maintenance of electrical systems such as replacing light bulbs, sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels.
Aid janitorial and hospitality staff with general requests for support, including moving furniture, racks/equipment, disposing of garbage using forklifted dumpster bins, and set-up and tear down of special event areas. This role offers a dynamic playground for those passionate about mechanical, electrical, and building automation systems and are eager to expand their hands-on knowledge across a wide range of building operations.
· High school diploma or GED required
· 2+ years of maintenance, facilities, or mechanical experience preferred
· Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

· Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required). Skills & Abilities:
