Training & Team Support: Demonstrate intermediate-to-advanced knowledge and ability with electrical and mechanical systems, including but not limited to: Compressed Air Electrical and High-Pressure Compressed Air Exhaust Dry Air Dust Collection Process Vacuum Nitrogen Deionized Water Process Cooling Water Hot Reverse Osmosis Water NMP and Electrolyte Show proficiency across multiple trades such as Electrical, Plumbing, Pipefitting, Boiler Making, or HVAC Skillfully use handheld measuring devices to obtain readings for dew point, temperature, humidity, air flow, ampacity, pressure, and particulates Train, coach, and mentor newer or less experienced technicians to build team capability Enforce safety and procedural compliance while promoting teamwork, accountability, and performance excellence Serve as the main point of contact for escalated technical issues and assist in coordinating with supervisors or cross-functional teams. Performance Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Perform troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems to maintain operational reliability and efficiency Analyze equipment performance trends and recommend corrective or preventive maintenance strategies Review and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and work orders to execute repairs and maintenance with precision Draft, review, and implement Maintenance Operating Procedures (MOP) and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) to enhance reliability and safety outcomes Support ongoing process improvement initiatives, optimizing maintenance practices and minimizing downtime.
Building types include administration/office buildings, nuclear buildings, data centers/server rooms, battery storage, warehouses, distribution facilities, wastewater and water treatment facilities, government or military buildings, industrial process buildings, and transportation facilities such as bus/train stations and maintenance facilities. You will be designing and managing fast-paced MEP designs for a diverse portfolio of projects, including coordination and collaboration with in-house project engineers and contractors to successfully execute building estimates, conceptual designs, and construction documents and administration.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining general approach to solving technical maintenance and daily operations of all HVAC equipment and the physical plant systems including associated equipment while providing technical input and evaluation including analyzing data and costs which includes but is not limited to the boilers, chillers, cooling tower, generators, water softeners, rooftop air conditioners, glycol systems, pneumatic compressors, pumps, air handlers, fire pumps, associated motors and related equipment. Essential Functions Assist with maintenance of electrical wiring for existing/new equipment as needed and assist with maintenance of buildings automated systems/other mechanical equipment Have advanced knowledge of repairing HVAC systems, such as RTU's, AHU's, VAV's, Chillers/Boilers and associated pump and water treatment systems.
