working knowledge of general maintenance tasks including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry; ability to communicate/coordinate with multiple groups including the First Family, Office of the Governor, Executive Protection, Mansion Staff, and the general public; Strong computer skills, preferably with Microsoft 365; solid organizational, managerial, leadership and planning skills; and. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for daily tasks including but not limited to monitoring generators, boilers, electricity, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems; general repair of all buildings and grounds including painting, replacing bad or rotten wood trim, addressing plumbing, electrical, and leakage issues.
