p>Responsibilities And Duties: Performs technical and specialized activities to ensure effective facilities operations within a healthcare environment, including but not limited to the following:
Performs plumbing and fitting alterations, and repairs on hot and cold-water lines, sanitary lines, steam process and heating systems, medical air, vacuum, and oxygen systems.
Opens and cleans out stopped and clogged drains, clears piping for fixtures and traps by using drain machines, augers, and jet tools.
