Position Purpose: The primary purpose of the Lead Maintenance Specialist is to provide guidance to the maintenance team in keeping the facilities and equipment running safety and efficiently; promote continuous improvement by providing supplies, equipment, parts, and overall coordination of tasks within the maintenance department. This includes securing replacement parts for obsolete and stock items, working with vendors to ensure they are a viable supplier from a pricing, availability, and quality standpoint.
