Systems include, but are not limited to, the following: ventilation, power roof vents, exhaust fans, fume hood fans, heaters, air compressors, cooling tower, boilers, air conditioning condensers, reduce pressure zone valves, flaker/ice machines, plant growth chambers, ultra-low freezers, cold room/seed storage, emergency generator, autoclaves, and monitoring systems. - Perform assigned duties required for the maintenance and repair of building and/or mechanical systems of the laboratory/office buildings; performs basic carpentry repair which may include repair to decking, railing, shelving, dry wall, mudding, taping, and minor framing as directed.
