The Environmental Health & Safety Facilities Manager is expected to proactively monitor and meet time-based targets for work order completion and service delivery across all areas of responsibility, including facilities operations, environmental health and safety, regulatory compliance and readiness, emergency preparedness, life safety, and incident management. Through strong leadership, planning, and coordination, the manager is coached to prioritize responsiveness, maintain safe and fully operational environments, and align all facilities, safety, and emergency preparedness functions with the organizational commitment to providing timely, equitable, and continuous access to care for all patients.
