Design, plan and manage all aspects of the facilities function for the facility, which may include but is not limited to maintenance, equipment, machinery, construction, building space allocation and layout, office services, leased properties and furnishings, and building security. Ensure all interior space requirements, building layout/footprints, architectural elements, corporate environments demand, aesthetics, department work requirements, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning) needs are consistently met and maximized.
