Education & Experience: + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related technical field preferred; associate degree with relevant technical training and experience considered + 7 to 10+ years of progressive experience in facilities, maintenance, or plant operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment + 5+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance or facilities teams, including direct supervision of multi functional staff + Demonstrated experience managing facility operations, including building systems, infrastructure, and maintenance programs + Experience developing and managing budgets, capital projects, and facility modifications + Experience managing and holding contractors, vendors, and third party service providers accountable for performance and service delivery + Experience leading or supporting environmental, health, and safety initiatives within an operational environment + Experience working in cleanroom or controlled environments preferred + CMRT certification preferred . Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: + Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and general facility maintenance + Understanding of cleanroom environments, including contamination control, air handling, and operational requirements + Familiarity with regulated environments and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO, ITAR, or similar) + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions + Strong problem solving and analytical skills + Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines + Effective communication skills across technical and non technical teams + Strong organizational and planning skills + Leadership skills with the ability to lead, develop, and hold teams accountable + Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines + Customer and business focused mindset with an understanding of operational impact .
