Owns, supports, and performs routine preventative maintenance on facilities equipment (HVAC, BAS/BMS, Cleanroom EMS, Boilers, Chillers, Air compressors, Technical gasses, emergency generators, UPSs, Electrical, Lighting, Fire alarm/suppression, and building infrastructure).
