Brief new groups prior to the start of the game; Monitor customers in the gaming area and provide explanation if necessary; Participating with customers in games if needed to ensure customers have an excellent experience; Maintain the rooms by cleaning, painting, and any required maintenance; Troubleshoot, identify and make minor repairs in the event of a malfunction; Required skills and Qualifications: Strong communication, multi-tasking and time management skills.
