NCH's Temporary Staffing Pool (TSP) Program provides the opportunity to work in temporary full-time or temporary part-time positions to cover staffing needs for a 12, 24, or 36 week contract at an elevated hourly rate. Contributes to quality nursing practice and shared decision making (SDM) by supporting council decisions, implementation of decisions and active participation in SDM.

Orthopedic Telemetry Department is a 32 bed unit at our Downtown Baker campus that provides care to a wide range of orthopedic surgeries as well as patients undergoing elective total joint replacement.
