Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Executive Director and Associate Chief Nursing Officer, PCS Ambulatory provides oversight of nursing practice and clinical leadership, for ambulatory clinics, ambulatory care centers, ambulatory clinical float pool, ambulatory care coordination, operational and clinical efficiency, and process improvement, in collaboration with ambulatory medical and administrative leadership. Works in partnership with the VP, Ambulatory, Director of Ambulatory Operations, ACC leadership, various Division Chiefs and Medical Directors, and other appropriate stakeholders to develop policies, procedures, and programs to ensure high-quality patient safety and effective use of resources that align with the mission and vision of the organization.
