NewLuxury Event Sales Lead Landry's IncLuxury Event Sales LeadHouston, TXResponsible for planning and orchestrating the event from beginning to end Produce and negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with clients and preferred vendors Under the supervision of SVP/COO, compiles event cost estimates and submits to client for approval, tracks budget statistics, prepares event files, and produces management reports Completes necessary documents, including contracts, deposits, and correspondence Develops Estimate of Cost for the client staying within the allowed budget, while ensuring that the event meets The Events Company's target profit margins Works with Third Party Vendors to deliver necessary information and invoices to the Accounting Department for payment. Submits final billing to client and accounting department within 5 days of completion of event Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end/luxury event planning with an event budgets of $250K+ College Degree Preferred Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and Google Sheets.
