Manage all phases of event production, including concept development, budget management, venue selection, contract negotiation, vendor management (catering, A/V, security, travel logistics), day of execution and post-event.

- Establishes delegation models, cross-training strategies, and leadership development frameworks to ensure continuity of operations during leadership transitions, extended absences, or organizational change; and.

This is a hands-on role for someone with proven trade show and event management experience who understands that physical brand is part of event execution - the booth, the room, the signage, the leave-behind, the badge, the demo, and the office space, all shape how the company is understood.
