This role partners closely with Sales Manager, Culinary, and Restaurant Leadership teams to provide an exceptional guest experience from event handoff through completion. This role owns all event details after booking, including room setup, seating plans, event timelines, staffing coordination, menu arrangements, and day-of execution.

• Execute high-quality events: Manage event documentation, facilitate seamless transitions throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of events, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure smooth execution, proactive issue resolution, and an exceptional event experience. As a Events Manager, you're not just overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds, stand on feet for long periods of time, use products or cook food as appropriate for the demonstration, and may be required to work in extremely cold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections).

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

• Manage and detail all aspects of group meetings and events from contract turnover through execution, including rooming lists, menu planning, banquet event orders (BEOs), audiovisual requirements, room setups, and ongoing client communication to ensure successful event delivery. • Install, configure, and test security cameras, ensuring optimal coverage of event zones including entrances, exits, stages, VIP areas, and crowds. This role involves setting up and maintaining secure network infrastructure, installing and configuring security cameras, and monitoring live feeds to ensure the safety of attendees, staff, and equipment.

The Weekend & Event Manager leads our weekend operations—birthday parties, Friday & Saturday Night Out events, and front desk activities—ensuring smooth execution, great customer service, and a positive team culture. 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
