Skills & Abilities - Strong interpersonal communication skills (oral/written), effective listening, and student advocacy skills; ability to make sound decisions; strong organizational skills; knowledge of assessment practices including the development of learning outcomes and producing reports; knowledge of specific trends and issues affecting student life and student engagement; ability to incorporate principles of belonging and social justice into decision making. Advise Greek Council, Panhellenic Council, National Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc., Order of Omega, Rho Lambda, and Gamma Sigma Alpha and provide oversight for the planning and execution of Greek Gala, Greek Week, Greek Awards Banquet, and assisting in the planning of individual sorority activities.
