p>Job Duties and Responsibilities: Primary job duties of the technician include: 1) Assisting full- and part-time faculty in preparing and delivering laboratory-based instruction;
2) Setting up lab spaces with the necessary tools, materials, and equipment; ensuring they are in optimal condition for student use;
3) Performing routine maintenance or minor repairs as needed;
4) Keeping equipment and lab area functional and safe;
5) Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment;
6) Serving as a resource for students;
7) Offering guidance on proper equipment use and safety protocols during lab sessions;
8) Advising and supporting students to select course schedules that align with their academic goals and accelerate program completion; and.
