-Slice loaves of bread using commercial slicing equipment
- Package and label bread products
- Inspect products for quality and freshness
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist bakers and bakery staff as needed
- Stock shelves or prepare orders for customers
- Monitor machine operation and report maintenance issues
