p>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Own analog architecture and microarchitecture for complex mixed-signal SoCs • Drive system-level tradeoffs across analog, digital, and firmware • Transistor-level circuit design and simulation • Understanding of device-level operation and physics • System and block level simulation • Lead mixed-signal design, verification, and sign-off; guide DFT strategy and silicon bring-up • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers; establish best practices and reusable IP • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (digital, firmware, validation, operations) to ensure robust, manufacturable solutions • Influence product roadmaps and contribute to innovation through patents, publications, and methodology improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) • Experience with lab prototyping and system-level modeling • Demonstrated experience of leadership on IC design projects • Working knowledge of numerical modeling techniques • Experience with ADCs, DACs, and serial communications interfaces • BiCMOS and High voltage IC design experience • Interest in methodology improvements and automation.
