li>Salaried staff are expected to meet productivity benchmarks and to also contribute to program development; represent the program/hospital at internal and external meetings; help to coordinate certain specialized groups, programs, or activities; and to develop new clinical or didactic skills to enhance treatment or increase staff knowledge.
The Lead Child & Family Services clinician will also be responsible for some administrative oversight of the child & family services team, including regular case consultation, complaint resolution, caseload and productivity oversight of other clinicians on the team, payroll and other duties as assigned.
