Key duties of the EVS Assistant Manager include training department staff, managing supplies, conducting quality inspections including ATP and room audits, tracking and monitoring quality inspection data and updating the department safety huddle board, conducting daily safety huddles, developing and maintaining department schedules, ensuring adherence to department policies and procedures. In addition, this position is accountable for recruiting, assigning, training and evaluating staff in partnership with the EVS Manager.
