nKey Responsibilities\n\n Perform a range of environmental (and mechanical) tests in accordance with the laboratory procedures, to support the Engineering NPI process, Innovation project work streams and other departments\n Designing and setting up tests, and procuring specialised fixtures and equipment\n Performing tests including vibration, mechanical shock, thermal cycling and thermal shock, waterproofness, salt spray, di-electric and other electrical parameters as required by the respective Test Plan/RTCA DO-160/MIL-810\n Working closely with product and design engineers and project managers\n Assist in the execution of Qualification Test campaigns\n Perform data analysis, prepare Test Reports and Test Certificates, with a 'right first time' mind-set\n Peer review of test reports and other documentation within the laboratory\n Maintain and update laboratory test procedures, incorporating best practice and safety improvements\n Assist with test failure investigations\n Ensure all test equipment is calibrated and appropriate stock levels for key equipment is maintained (e.g. Who are we:\n \nAuxitrol Weston is an Operating Unit consisting of 4 top tier manufacturing sites; Auxitrol SA (France), Weston Aerospace Ltd (UK), Norwich Aero Products Inc.
