What You'll GainDirect exposure to complex portfolios across digital assets, DeFi products, and traditional investmentsEnd-to-end fund accounting experience, including NAV calculations, reconciliations, and financial reportingDaily collaboration with clients, auditors, and fund counterpartiesExperience preparing IFRS- and GAAP-compliant financial statementsOpportunity to participate in process improvements and contribute to operational best practicesKey ResponsibilitiesFund Accounting & ReconciliationManage and maintain financial products including equities, cryptocurrencies, bonds, swaps, options, Forex, mortgages, forwards, NFTs, and futuresRecord daily transactions (purchases, sales, income accruals, etc.) in line with internal controls and deadlinesReconcile cash and positions with external sources, resolving discrepancies as neededResearch and resolve differences between accounting and trade recordsVerify market prices for investments per policy and proceduresValuations & ReportingCalculate NAV per share for assigned funds and determine dividend/distribution ratesPrepare and review partnership calculations including management fees, distribution waterfalls, and partner allocationsReview performance/incentive fee calculationsPerform month-end close processes, including preparation of general ledgers, financial statements, and investor capital accountsClient & Audit InteractionCommunicate daily with clients, custodians, and fund counterparties to address and resolve queriesCoordinate year-end audits and tax reporting with auditors and service providersFacilitate timely data gathering for financial preparationWhat You BringBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2+ years of experience in auditing or fund accounting, preferably in investment fundsWorking knowledge of IFRS and GAAPProficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting systemsStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environmentThis is a full-time remote position offering the opportunity to work at the intersection of fund accounting, digital assets, and client service—ideal for professionals eager to expand their expertise in crypto and alternative investments.
