Who you are and the experience you bring: • Associates degree (2-year technical degree) in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent technical discipline, or equivalent experience • 7-10+ years of progressive experience in electrical, electromechanical, and/or industrial engineering environments • Established ability to read, interpret, validate, and redline electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings • Strong hands-on experience with: • Industrial electrical systems (AC/DC) • PLCs, CNC systems, servo drives, and VFDs • Industrial machinery, robotics, or automated systems (electro-mechanical) • Data acquisition equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, DVOMs) • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot system-level electrical and control issues independently and as a member of an investigation team • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation of test results and technical findings • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. In this role, you will work with minimal supervision, partnering closely with engineers across multiple disciplines to troubleshoot complex electrical and electromechanical systems, execute and improve test strategies, and support prototype and pre‑production builds.
