Works in conjunction with the Director of Residences and Assistant Director of Residents in maintaining the homeowner's assets through weekly, monthly walk-throughs to support the preventative maintenance program for common area spaces and abide by preventive maintenance policies and procedures and actively manage preventative maintenance schedule to ensure timely and consistent execution of program.
