p>Qualifications Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred) • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, with direct experience integrating devices into factory systems • 3+ years of experience leading or managing a technical team; proven ability to recruit, grow, and develop engineering talent • Strong understanding of: • PLC systems • Electromechanical systems, including servo motors, motion profiles, and controls • MES systems, work cell controls, and process documentation systems • Deep technical expertise in fastening and assembly processes • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and multi-stakeholder projects • Preferred: Professional proficiency in Korean or Spanish.
