p>Your Role ā¢ Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related engineering or technical discipline ā¢ Strong analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven decision making ā¢ Proficiency in Python, AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code), and Microsoft Excel ā¢ Understanding of common data formats such as JSON ā¢ Self-motivated with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn in a team-based environment ā¢ Demonstrates system-level thinking, reliability, ownership, collaboration with international teams, and problem-solving skills. Your Responsibilities ā¢ Support engineering teams with data collection, analysis, and reporting ā¢ Help automate manual or repetitive processes using Python and AI-assisted development tools ā¢ Assist in building and maintaining dashboards to track operational, quality, or performance metrics ā¢ Participate in process improvement initiatives, including workflow analysis and efficiency improvements ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, quality, planning, and engineering ā¢ Document processes, tools, and findings to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
