In lieu of a degree, 9 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction, or related field Experience processing milestone-based construction payments and forecasting financial spend Knowledge of energy efficiency measures, implementation, and cost Demonstrated excellent communication skills (oral and written) Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & MS Word) Commitment to process improvement and attention to detail Able to travel within Client territory to conduct meetings with customers, perform inspections, and manage relationships with contractors Valid US driver's license Desired Vendor management Invoicing skills. Develop and maintain the processes for implementing energy efficiency projects and programs in accordance with requirements for the Multifamily program Interface with *** associates, vendors, customers, and outside consultants to assure the Program rules and requirements are maintained, the projects are cost effective, and the information needed for management and regulatory reporting is accurate and timely.
