The Home Visiting Nurse will visit families in their homes and community settings to provide supportive guidance, education, health assessment and clinical support to new mothers and families during pregnancy, infancy, and early childhood. Provide education, counseling, and support to families on a range of topics, including prenatal and postpartum care, infant care, child development, breastfeeding, nutrition, family planning, safety, and parenting skills.
