The Building Maintenance Technician role is responsible for keeping the facility safe, functional, and in good condition by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections across multiple sites, as well as conference rooms set up throughout our Corporate sites. Perform exterior maintenance tasks as needed; painting, lot signage installation, storm inlet maintenance, concrete and asphalt repairs, exterior lighting maintenance, roof systems maintenance, fence repairs, associate moves, policing of grounds, etc.
