Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain building and property equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals. · Working knowledge of complex HVAC systems with the ability to maintain, troubleshoot and make minor repairs to HVAC systems.
