p>10% Development & Support: Participates in professional development and research activities as required and aligned with the mission of the University Laboratory School as a K-12 demonstration and college preparatory school; Provide student supervision, as well as mentoring and instruction for pre-service teachers; Maintain required trainings and certifications.
