Main Functions of this Role: Problem resolution of production factory and/or supplier issues Troubleshooting maintenance of technical data package, including creation of change documentation using cPDM Presentation of change packages in Review Board Take ownership and drive issues to completion by coordinating team members and resources Participate in peer reviews of other engineers from Engineering and Operations groups Troubleshoot failures using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, programmable power supplies, spectrum, and related tools Analyze defect/yield data and implement process improvements to reduce recurring failures Other general electrical engineering tasks relating to production support.
