Perform routine inspections, maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment, including but not limited to machinery, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems; Carrying out necessary repairs and conducting more complex repairs to ensure proper functioning; Troubleshooting and analyzing issues reported by drivers or operators, and providing effect solutions to address the problems; Respond promptly to customer needs in a positive, supportive and timely manner to ensure maximum value for work performed; Communicate job progress to supervisor and customer as needed; Complete service reports, order parts and maintain clear customer records; Field Technicians will be going out to service calls.
