p>What Youll Do: • Serve as the client's primary on-site representative, providing day-to-day field oversight and coordination of construction activities • Manage and coordinate daily work of general contractors and owner-retained contractors to maintain progress and schedule alignment • Monitor construction quality, safety, and compliance with plans, specifications, and contract documents • Maintain continuous communication with owners, project managers, contractors, and design teams to resolve issues and anticipate risks • Organize and maintain job sites, field offices, schedules, and comprehensive project documentation • Prepare clear, detailed daily reports capturing progress, site conditions, staffing, inspections, and photo documentation • Support punch list execution, corrective work oversight, and project closeout activities.
What You Bring:
High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred Minimum of 7 years of field electrical construction experience required OSHA 10-hour certification required; OSHA 30-hour certification preferred Advanced knowledge of public and private construction procurement and processes, construction industry laws, regulations, and best practices Knowledge of multi-prime contracts required Ability to read and interpret construction plans and contract documents Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with detailed reported experience required Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders Ability to travel to various job sites throughout Southeast Pennsylvania up to 80%.
