Lead detailed design of circuit card assemblies (CCAs), including schematic capture, component selection, and PCB layout oversight • Develop and test power supply circuits (AC/DC and DC/DC) for IFE and connectivity systems • Development and test of Single Board Computers and support electronics/equipment • Ensure designs comply with DO-160 environmental qualification requirements for commercial aircraft • Participate in electrical design throughout the program life-cycle, from requirement generation, through schematic capture, PCB layout, and verification/validation • Generate and review engineering documentation including schematics, BOMs, design analyses, and qualification reports • Support hardware integration, bring-up, debugging, and troubleshooting in both lab and aircraft test environments • Collaborate with mechanical, systems, and certification engineers to ensure seamless system integration • Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure build quality and production readiness • Travel up to 10%. Education and Experience: • Bachelor's in electrical engineering or related technical field • 8+ years of experience in electrical design engineering, preferably within aerospace • 3+ years of experience with EDA tools such as Altium, Cadence, Creo, OrCAD, Mentor Graphics, or similar.
