Develop and maintain relationships with alumni in Central Arkansas and key emerging alumni markets to strengthen lifelong engagement with UA Little Rock; Assist in identifying, recruiting, and supporting alumni volunteers who serve as ambassadors, advocates, mentors, and philanthropic partners for the University; Support alumni engagement initiatives designed to increase alumni participation, strengthen volunteer involvement, and create meaningful opportunities for alumni to reconnect with the University; Develop partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and civic leaders that expand the University's visibility and create opportunities for alumni engagement and philanthropic support; Foster relationships that transform alumni, visitors, volunteers, and community partners into long-term advocates for the University.
Director of Alumni Engagement University Of Arkansas SystemDirector of Alumni EngagementLittle Rock, ARDevelop and implement strategies to increase alumni engagement and participation across the University's alumni community, including affinity-based constituencies such as Donaghey Scholars, former student-athletes, fraternity and sorority alumni, and other priority alumni groups; Develop targeted engagement plans for key alumni affinity groups that strengthen lifelong relationships, expand volunteer leadership, increase event participation, and create pathways for philanthropic support; Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with alumni across diverse constituencies; Conduct a minimum of ten (10) meaningful face-to-face visits each week with alumni to cultivate lifelong relationships, increase alumni engagement, identify volunteer leaders, discover philanthropic interests, and strengthen the University's culture of philanthropy; Represent the University at alumni, community, and campus events; Maintain accurate records of alumni interactions and engagement activities within the University's CRM system. Knowledge of alumni relations, advancement, fundraising, volunteer management, or higher education practices; Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to recruit, motivate, and engage volunteers and donors; Ability to conduct donor discovery conversations and philanthropic outreach; Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously; Proficiency in CRM systems and constituent engagement tracking; Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment; Must have a valid driver's license.
