Import Manager Chromalloy Gas Turbine LLCImport ManagerPalm Beach Gardens, FLPrimary Accountabilities: Ensure full organizational compliance with all applicable global trade regulations and requirements, including, but not limited to, 15 CFR, 19 CFR, and 22 CFR, applicable Free Trade Agreements (e.g., USMCA/NAFTA and the Agreement on Trade in Civil Aircraft), as well as Temporary Importations Under Bond (TIB),and in bond transactions, and ITAR exemptions. Develop, deliver, and maintain communication, in-person training, and guidance across the organization on import compliance topics, including HTS classification, Incoterms, Temporary Importations Under Bond, duty drawback programs, and other Customs-related cost optimization opportunities.
