This role serves as both a strategic education leader and a field-based technical trainer, spending approximately 50% of the time in-market coaching and training top accounts in Aveda hair color and 50% focused on designing and implementing technical education strategies that bring the brand's global education vision and initiatives to life through impactful execution, including train-the-trainer programs and educator capability development. - Manage, coach, and develop a POD-based, cross-domain freelance education team, including the training, support, scheduling, and ongoing development of Aveda Purefessionals, Certified Educators, Ambassadors and Aveda Institute Coaches and Educators.
