PURPOSE STATEMENT: The Director of Outpatient Services is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations and long-term success of the facility’s partial hospitalization programs (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). In addition to treating addiction and mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and posttraumatic stress disorder, Rebound Behavioral Health Hospital provides care for individuals who have dual diagnosis, which is the clinical term for the simultaneous presence of a mental illness and a substance use disorder.

The areas of content expertise required by the department align with program areas, which include: athletic leadership (MS and undergraduate minor); educational leadership in PK-12 (MEd, EdS, and PhD) and higher education settings (PhD); improvement science (EdD); human capital education development (BS); human resource development (MHRD); student affairs (MEd); and dissertation writing and support. With a focus on working with underserved schools and communities, the College has award-winning programs that train teachers, counselors, and school leaders for P-12 schools; prepare counselors for community practice; train higher education student affairs leaders; and prepare training and development specialists for business and industry.
