The PE is expected at times to step into the roles of more senior members of the CM team, including, without limitation, running design or construction meetings, conducting field checks, preparing written and photographic materials including correspondence, reports, procedures, guidelines, meeting minutes, and proposed action requests to the client. This role has the ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings, and works closely with Project Managers, superintendents, district representatives, and contractors to help deliver high-quality learning environments on time and within budget.
