Job duties include but are not limited to: Answering calls from patients, and assessing their medical needs, accurately recording symptoms, existing health problems, relevant history of medical issues, assisting patients with scheduling, prior authorizations, obtaining pre-certs for MRIs and CTs, communicating test results, managing prescription refills according to compliance and protocol, and various other tasks. Applicants must be familiar with electronic medical record documentation, assessing the level of care needed, giving patient instructions, and making the patients their top priority.
