p>The floater/support staff's primary duties are to support students with Down syndrome and collaborate with teachers (classroom and Providence) and the Providence Director to strengthen classroom support for teachers to improve training, effectiveness, and retention of assistants, while also preserving teachers' time for direct instruction and intervention with students. The ideal candidate shall provide/successfully complete the following:
- Previous professional experience with special needs children preferred.
